Thanks for the kind words regarding the book. Let me ask one thing, however. You say "where this becomes a cash-in is that the references were used as background for philosophical debate and that is basically the end of it." That is the declared purpose of the book series, and I am pleased to see that you recognize that (some don't), but I don't understand how this makes it a "cash-in." (Please understand, I am not being defensive - I'm just trying to understand.)
